When I speak about coaching I mean coaching focused on the optimal functioning of the client, linked to achieving the goals that the client has set for himself. For example: Enhancing self learning and self steering ability. Efficiently handling stressful situations. Enhancing self confidence and thus usability. Strengthening communicative skills, efficiently dealing with limiting thoughts and blockades and, ultimately, improving achievements.
The key to development is self knowledge and through dialogue our aim is to let the client come to personal insight; establishing the so-called ‘aha’-moments.
More often it is not so much what we do, as it is HOW we do it. Insight in yourself, the how and why, leads to getting to know your personal strength and your own, unique destination. There is so much in it for you; inner peace, finding your own path, enthusiasm and joy for life. And let’s be honest; why should you not be a happier person?
